Processing Time

Orders are ready to ship in 3-5 business days.

Shipping rates are depended on country destination, please see shipping rates at the checkout process.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Gelfer do not take items in returned that has be sent back due to customs and import taxes.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Please notify us the issue within 2 days of receiving the item via email gelferdesign@gmail.com

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it to the address:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

The goods are the customer's responsibility until they reach Gelfer, so make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.  

Gelfer can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 Exchange or refund

Items can be returned for a size exchange, item exchange or partial refund ( 8% of the total purchase amount will be deducted if the refund is accepted). 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or PayPal account. 

All sale items are final and can not be returned or refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Since all the Items are handmade, and treated with great care and love, we advice Gelfer´s customers to handle the item just as such.

If the item is not labelled please use Dry Cleaning or Hand Wash.
